Wonu Owoade
Wonu is the Founder and Director of WoW Fundraising Consultancy.
She founded WoW Fundraising Consultancy to raise awareness and encourage support for initiatives that wish to create positive and transformational social change with values rooted in anti-racism and anti-oppression.
Wonu has over 15 years of experience in fundraising. Her interest in fundraising and the nonprofit sector started with volunteering in her youth. Since then, she has built considerable experience working with several international development and social impact organisations. She has worked with numerous trusts, foundations, and bilateral and multilateral donors in Europe, the United States, Africa and Asia. Throughout her career, she has learnt what makes donors tick and fundamental principles around fundraising best practices.
