

Zoë Dawson, Associate Creative Director Passionate about the power of storytelling to change minds, build movements and make change, Zoë is one of Shape History’s “ideas people.” Bridging the gap between creative flair and strategic discipline, she comes up with concepts for campaigns and more, and then sees them through across mediums – with a particular love for film and video. Her background is in advertising, and her free time is spent with her head in a book (including, recently, writing her own).
Zoë led the creative direction for "Before Our Eyes," a campaign for Amnesty International UK that starred Olivia Colman and highlighted human rights issues in the UK through a gripping drama-style trailer, and for "Give An X," a youth campaign that influenced over 400,000 young Brits to register to vote in the 2024 UK election, promoting inclusivity and diversity through bold, innovative storytelling.
