Margaret Clift

Bio

Margaret Clift previously worked as Head of Development at National Museums Scotland. In the time that she worked there, she completed the successful £80million to save the National Museum of Scotland and deliver an award-winning campaign to raise £1.98million to save the Galloway Hoard for the nation. Prior to joining National Museums Scotland, she held senior fundraising roles in higher education and voluntary sector organisations including the University of Edinburgh, Capability Scotland, and Amnesty International UK. She has been a speaker and training for the Institute of Fundraising and CASE, an Advisory Panel member of Ragare, the fundraising think tank, and ia Board Member for Classics Association Scotland.

She currently works at The University of Glasgow.
