

Emily is currently Head of Supporter Experience at Parkinson's UK, leading a large team who are working to transform the supporter experience. Emily started her career in magazine publishing where she spent 14 years before moving to the charity sector in 2013. She has had digital and engagement focused roles in two large healthcare charities and has recently become a trustee at Sarcoidosis UK.
This session will explore how Parkinson’s UK, in partnership with Signal, have laid the groundwork for improved supporter experiences through audience-centered strategy, process redesign, and performance feedback to guide decisions and secure ongoing support.
