Maddy is Founding Director of ImpactEd Philanthropy, where she supports organisations with effective fundraising and giving.

She recently led the Be Fundable project, which sought insights from funders on how they make decisions and how charities can be in a stronger position to secure funding.

Maddy brings almost a decade of working for and with charities, including as a PA to CEOs, Fundraising Manager, Director of Fundraising and now as a Consultant.

She has experience of establishing fundraising functions for early-stage charities, and developing fundraising culture, operations and communications to build strong, lasting relationships with supporters.

Maddy is also a Trustee and Grants Assessor for a community foundation, Trustee of a sport-for-good charity, and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Philanthropic Studies.
