Keith Wilson is a charity leader, speaker and fundraising professional with more than 20 years’ experience across the sector. As Director of Income and Engagement at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, he leads the marketing and supporter engagement teams, helping to drive income growth and strengthen the charity’s connection with its communities. His career has spanned crime reduction, economic development, the arts and children’s hospice care, and he is recognised for championing collaborative leadership, innovation and positive organisational culture. Keith is a regular conference speaker and advocate for creating high-performing teams where people feel valued, supported and able to thrive.
