All too often fundraising targets are imposed upon us and are based on the needs of the charity rather than what we know is possible through experience and prospect research.
Caroline will lead us in a practical session, teaching us how to create a 12 month calendar of approaches to trusts and foundations and how to set a target which is a) realistic and b) won’t have you burn out in the process.
In this uncertain time, we will look at how to use data to guard against completely unrealistic targets and how to confidently present it to managers and trustees.
Caroline will show you how to properly estimate the time you have available so that you don’t bite off more than you can chew, enabling you to show up to work as the best possible version of yourself.
