For many years, there has been a subtle tension between fundraisers and finance people and the time has come for this to change. A close working relationship means a better quality service to donors, both when applying for funding and when reporting on impact. Melanie Jackson and Brenda Coetzee – high school friends who have found themselves on opposite sides of this divide, tackle the topic with the goal of dispelling myths and seeking pathways to better collaboration!
