Join Liz LeClair – chair of AFP’s Women’s Impact Initiative and co-founder of the National Day of Conversaion – as she does a brief review of the issues facing women, non-binary, and BIPOC fundraisers in the workplace. She will provide some ways organizations and fundraisers can create a culture focused on the safety and well-being of staff.
