In this session, Steph will reflect on her eventful time as a new board member of the award-winning visual arts charity, Venture Arts. Steph will tell the story of how the organisation is navigating it’s way out of the Covid-19 crisis with a successful emergency appeal, excellent funder relationships and a board which has stepped up to the challenge of governing the organisation to achieve its mission in a changing environment.
