An opportunity to hear from Sufina Ahmad, Paul Amadi and Rini Jones, three leaders within the charity sector, about what leadership at both a governance and operational level means to them. The panel will discuss how they stay authentic as leaders, whilst also dealing with the burden of often being the only person in a room that is a leader with labels. The session hopes to debunk some of the myths of leadership and explore how we can all support each other to be the leaders that we are.
