She will present a case study of a lead generation campaign with OneKind, showcasing how charities can effectively use social media to expand their donor base and ensure financial sustainability, with limited resources. Her case study will illustrate the synergy between digital and telephone fundraising, creating long-term, dedicated supporters, and offer a roadmap for optimising online fundraising campaigns, maximizing impact and efficiency.
Lauren has managed the entire process, from initial concepts to completed conversion calls and created the ongoing supporter journeys. She has overcome the challenges and knows all the details of executing a successful lead generation campaign.
