Over the past months we’ve seen many charities release statements in solidarity with #BlackLivesMatter. Charity leaders have begun to talk openly about structural racism. It feels like change could be in the air. The urgent question we ask now – will they move past them to take action or was it performative all along. In this session Martha, Mac and Fatima will be exploring difficult questions – how we move forward to action? do we really need more data? what catalyses real change?
