We hear these terms a lot. In response, many organizations and leaders are encouraging staff to take care of themselves, and providing workshops, resources, and benefits.
But they’re in danger of missing one important thing. What if they’re part of the problem? No amount of wellness workshops will matter in a workplace where team members don’t feel valued, don’t feel heard, and don’t feel safe.
