Details

Whilst virtual events have been the saviour of the pandemic for some charities, it is the return of live events which has what helped Muscular Dystrophy UK (MDUK) bounce back.

Krishan will talk through how learnings from 2020 and 2021 have informed plans and ambition to deliver a full portfolio of live events in 2022. The fundraising events portfolio at MDUK covers a variety of Special Events, third party Challenge Events and owned Challenge Events. Experiences of how to deal with the unknown will be shared as well as contingency planning to give your events the best chance of going ahead as live events before making the decision to postpone, cancel or pivot to virtual.

Key learnings from this session:

1) Planning for live Special Events
2) Planning for live Challenge Events
3) Contingency planning
