Professor Sir Cary Coooper has spent more than 50 years working in the area of organisational psychology and workplace wellbeing. His studies, research, theories and work with organisations all clearly show that workplace wellbeing is THE meduim by which you can influence stress at work (and the reducing of it), sickness absence, absenteeism, presenteeism and motivation, productivity and performance. He shares some experiences and suggestions with Claire Warner.
