Amy Butterworth
Accessibility Consultant
Amy is an accessibility consultant living with long covid. Before getting the condition in 2021, she was an award-winning youth programme designer, working with the Scouts, youth coaching charities and schools. As someone who is now a direct beneficiary of the very practices she used to champion for others, she speaks on the value of practical inclusion, in both personal and professional contexts. She is a disability activist, speaker, trainer, and consultant using inclusive approaches to make long-lasting change for those usually overlooked.
Her early career was in comedy and theatre, so understands the importance of a well-timed joke in tough conversations.
