Cam St-Omer Donaldson (she/her) is a sector leader, speaker, consultant and bringer-togetherer of people. Bringing heart, passion, and vibes to the nonprofit world.
For over a decade, she’s helped charities navigate the complexities of fundraising compliance and quality assurance, equipping them with the confidence, skills, and ethical best practices they need to thrive.
As Head of Engagement & Relationships at Fundraising Everywhere, Cam drives global membership growth, strategy, and learning experiences for fundraisers. Before that, Cam began her career as a Telephone Fundraiser and has honed her fundraising expertise at the British Red Cross, leading on Supporter Experience, Fundraising Compliance, and Culture and Engagement initiatives.
A recognised voice in the sector, Cam was named one of Civil Society’s 25 Fundraisers Under 35.
She co-hosts Uncharitable (formerly BAME Online), Taking the L and I Wish I’d Thought Of That (IWITOT) and has spoken at International Fundraising Congress Global and CIOF SX Conference bringing her trademark joy, clarity and infectious energy to the world of fundraising.
When not geeking out over compliance or Beyoncé, she’s at the theatre or rewatching RuPaul’s Drag Race.
