I am an experienced ICF accredited coach, organisational change specialist, and expert in women's leadership and Leadership for gender Equity. My work with clients focuses on creating inclusive cultures and the development and progression of women leaders.

I design and facilitate learning experiences to support individuals and teams in periods of change and transformation, focusing on the leadership skills needed to stay connected, collaborative and on purpose. How to thrive and build resilience in changing and uncertain times is an ongoing focus of my work in this area.

Most recently I’ve developed WDI Consulting's online Leadership for Gender Equity Programme. Launched in Feb 2020 its so far been delivered globally to participants from 15 countries with cohort sizes ranging from 8 to 110.
