Ella is a passionate fundraiser and self-confessed supporter acquisition nerd, with a particular flair for Individual Giving. In her role at Christian Aid, she leads on developing and delivering high-performing campaigns that drive donations and deepen engagement. Ella manages a varied portfolio of donor-centric activity designed to connect people meaningfully to causes they care about, turning interest into action.

With a strong track record in running cross-channel fundraising campaigns, Ella works across Direct Response TV (DRTV), face-to-face (F2F), digital, and more to maximise reach and impact. Whether launching a new regular giving product or optimising an always-on acquisition stream, she combines strategic thinking with creativity to inspire generosity at scale.

Ella believes great things are possible when people come together in generosity and hope. She puts that belief into practice by championing innovation, testing new approaches, and relentlessly advocating for the donor voice in all she does.
