Bio
Hanan has been working in the field of Diversity and Inclusion for over 2 decades. She is currently Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Charity People where her role is to promote inclusive recruitment both internally and within the charity sector. Hanan has a passion for all things EDI but her specialisms lie in amplifying lived experience voices, intersectionality specifically the experiences of Black and Brown women, refugees and asylum seekers, interfaith dialogue as well as mental health and wellbeing.
