Imi Launchbury

Imi Launchbury is a strategic and insight-driven fundraising leader with nearly a decade of experience in the charity sector. Currently serving as Head of Individual Giving at ActionAid UK, Imi leads on innovative income strategies across cash, regular giving, prize-led fundraising, and retail.

Previously, Imi was Head of Direct Marketing at Marie Curie, where she oversaw flagship campaigns like the Great Daffodil Appeal, and co-lead a strategy that grew regular giving by more than 65,000 donors in two years. Her approach combines data-led decision-making with empowering teams to deliver high-impact supporter engagement.
