Jade leads the Individual Giving programme at Samaritans, overseeing fundraising campaigns across regular giving, cash appeals, supporter journeys, and DRTV. With over 15 years’ experience in the sector, she’s delivered successful campaigns through telephone, digital, and direct mail, always championing donor insight, ethical fundraising, and bold creative.

She’s passionate about empowering people to donate through storytelling that doesn’t shy away from difficult truths — but inspires action with care and purpose. Jade is proud to be building a values-driven, high-performing team and is deeply committed to developing people and creating space for other to lead.
