Jo has a twenty-year+ career in the recruitment space behind her and has developed strategic ED&I training programmes that build and evolve recruitment culture, engage employees, attract underrepresented talent, and make businesses better places to work. She founded Diversity in Recruitment because of her drive to get D&I on the agenda of recruitment teams, as she believes recruiters can influence and lead real change. Her work helps recruiters to get to grips with Diversity and Inclusion. Through training and advice, she gives them the insight, tools, and confidence to attract diverse talent, recruit inclusively, and make their processes equitable and accessible.
