Kevin has been at The Children's Society for over 2 years and has recently started a new role as a Philanthropy Officer. He has worked in the charity sector for over 3 years, within supporter care, whilst volunteering in various roles for many more years. He has recently set up a BAME network within TCS and has been liaising with the Diversity and Talent team. He is also upwards mentoring his CEO Mark Russell about being a black man in the UK and racial diversity.
