With 20 years’ experience in volunteering and fundraising. I work across both areas to support joined-up, evidence-led strategies that strengthen services, resource delivery, and deepen impact. Since launching my consultancy in 2018, I’ve supported over 80 organisations, from grassroots groups to international charities. In that time I’ve helped organisations across a wide range of sectors raise over £12 million and revolutionise the ways they build and empower their volunteer communities.
