Lesley Pinder
Lesley Pinder runs her own consultancy, Compass, supporting charities with supporter experience strategy and design. Lesley has had a varied career, setting up and leading a new Supporter Experience team at the British Red Cross, working as an Innovation Consultant for multiple clients at Good Innovation, and delivering almost every flavour of fundraising in her time. Most recently, she was Performance Insight and Innovation Director at WaterAid UK, where she led their data and audience insight, data systems, and innovation lab.
