As a Client Services Director at REAL Fundraising, I lead and develop the Client Services Account Management team. I am personally responsible for new client acquisition, business development, and retention, as well as leading on data security, change control, and projects. I have over 20 years of experience in delivering high quality and values-based fundraising and marketing campaigns through face-to-face and by telephone, ensuring strong client relationships, strong ROI, retention, and growth.
I am also a B Corporation Ambassador, a Non-Exec Director, and the Chair of the F2F Alliance, championing values-based business, good culture, living wage, and better business.
I successfully achieved B Corporation Certification for REAL Fundraising, making them the first F2F fundraising agency in the world to be B Certified. In 2021, REAL was recertified and as of May 2022, we were ranked the second-highest B Corporation in the UK with 159.6 points.
