With a decade of service in the British Army, I developed a strong foundation in leadership, resilience, and strategic thinking. After transitioning from military life, I found purpose in the charity sector—initially through community fundraising and volunteering for both national charities and grassroots initiatives.

My career progressed significantly during my time at the Royal British Legion, where I moved from planning management to leading the nationwide deployment of contactless technology for the Poppy Appeal. This innovation secured over £30 million in donations, transforming how the campaign engages with the public and supports veterans.

Today, I serve as Head of Charity at the PAYA Group, where I drive the innovation and rollout of contactless solutions across the sector. My focus is on helping charities future-proof their fundraising by embracing digital tools that protect and maximise vital donations—ensuring sustainable support for the communities and causes that need it most.
