As an experienced Individual Giving manager, Lucy has worked in various types of organisations - disability, international development, animals and older people. Lucy is also a trustee director at Action Deafness, an organisation promoting accessibility and independence for deaf and deafblind people. A proud and passionate fundraiser, and with lived experienced as a Deaf person, Lucy hopes this event will help address barriers to entry and progression within the sector.
