Matt Radford founded Vulnerable Paths to help organisations develop and manage how they work with people in Vulnerable Circumstances.
He believes investing in working well with Vulnerable Groups has significant benefits for organisations and individuals. For organisations this can be service delivery, income or supporter experience and engagement. For supporters, staff and volunteers it can benefit their personal health and wellbeing, and improve their happiness and ability to meaningfully engage with organisations.
Matt has over 10 years experience developing policy, guidance and training programmes for working with people in Vulnerable Circumstances. This includes directly training professionals who work with them in a variety of sectors and countries, including Marketers, Customer Support and Programme and Service Delivery staff, Psychologists, Counsellors, Leadership Professionals, CEO's and Security Professionals.
In addition to this, Matt is supported by 15 years experience leading supporter acquisition, retention and experience programmes and working extensively with supporter care teams and has been a regular speaker within the UK and Internationally within the Fundraising Profession.
