Matt Radford

Matt founded Vulnerable Paths, supporting organisations working with people in Vulnerable Circumstances.

➤ He believes investing in Vulnerable groups, and working with them well, has significant benefits for organisations and individuals. For organisations this can support healthy relationships and improve service delivery. For supporters, staff and volunteers it can benefit their wellbeing and engagement with an organisation (and generally help make their lives easier).

➤He has 10 years experience developing policy, guidance and training programmes for working with people in Vulnerable Circumstances. This is supported by 15 years experience with supporter acquisition, retention, experience and care programmes.

➤In the UK he is a member of the Data and Marketing Association’s (DMA’s) Governance Committee (as a Vulnerable Circumstances specialist), a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising's Professional Conduct Committee and a Senior Union representative for Unite the Union.
