With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing as a successful social media manager, Nana knows what it means to build something extraordinary from the ground up. But in 2020, just before the world hit pause, she discovered samba—and it was a game-changer. Dance became her sanctuary, revolutionising her mind, body, and soul.

As a qualified Level 2 Exercise to Music Trainer and First Aid Certified Instructor, Nana launched her brand JiggleFiiT to bring fun, culturally rich, and body-positive dance wellness classes to women across London and worldwide. Specialising in twerk, samba, and dance fitness, Nana creates a safe and inclusive space where people can connect with their bodies, their ancestry, and their confidence.

Her classes are more than a workout—they’re a celebration of movement, culture, and self-love. People rave about her sessions, calling them energetic, transformative, and the ultimate confidence booster.
