Nathalie is Media Director at fundraising and engagement agency Blue State – advising organisations from UNHCR to Save The Children, UNICEF and many others on programmes in over 20 countries. She leads her team to build marketing and fundraising strategies that deliver growth, ensuring planning activity meets business objectives and is centred on audience insight.
With over a decade of experience in planning and delivering marketing strategy, her portfolio covers both the private and public sectors, with a heavy weighting in the charity sector.
Prior to joining Blue State she spent over 4 years at Unicef UK as a Digital Marketing Strategist, working across the organisation to instil best practice planning and activation across all channels, through their Brand Marketing, Digital Fundraising, Digital Advocacy and more.
