Sally is the Customer Research Manager at Prostate Cancer UK, where she helps the organisation better understand their supporters’ needs, behaviours and motivations through quantitative and qualitative research. She most enjoys speaking directly to Prostate Cancer UK’s supporters and turning those conversations into improved experiences.
Having worked in customer and market research for 14 years across a number of industries and countries, Sally’s focus is now on the charity sector and aiming to improve the processes, products and services available.
