Tom is a senior partnership professional with over a decade of charity development experience, building impactful, strategic partnerships and increasing supporter engagement for UK and international causes, including The Prince’s Trust, NSPCC, Doctors of the World UK and UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency.

In his current role as Strategic Lead, Partnerships at UK for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency’s national charity partner, Tom has responsibility for exploring strategic engagement with the private sector in the UK, including income generation, in-kind, pro bono and advocacy. This currently includes high profile and high value partnerships such as Unilever, Comic Relief and Virgin Atlantic.

Tom is a strong believer in the value of non-financial support, with in-kind and pro bono at the heart of several of UK for UNHCR’s strongest partnerships.
