Zak Mensah was previously Head of Transformation at Bristol Culture where he helped a 180 person service to make a ruckus by focusing on the needs of over 1 million visitors. His mission was to ensure our people, skills, and services are adaptable to the rapidly changing landscape as a cultural business. His team experimented with different ways of doing things including business models, partnerships, KPIs in the arts, and sharing as much as possible publicly.
