As Director of Fundraising, Communications and Engagement at Breast Cancer Now, Rachael oversees all their fundraising – from appeals and challenge events, to trusts and corporate partnerships. She’s worked most of her career in fundraising and communications. In every role, she’s always been focused on how to inspire people to give their time, money or support.

Joe Jenkins

As Executive Director of Social Impact at The Children’s Society, Joe leads efforts to drive societal change for children through advocacy, partnerships, and supporter engagement. With over 20 years in the sector, he has worked with leading charities and is a trustee for Refugee Action, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, and host of the On The Mind Of… leadership podcast.

 

Camille St-Omer Donaldson

As Head of Membership Engagement & Relationships at Fundraising Everywhere, Cam creates outstanding member experiences and drives growth. A recognised sector leader, she has shaped fundraising compliance, championed inclusivity, and co-hosts Uncharitable, the UK’s leading conference on anti-racism and philanthropy.

Lesley Pinder

As a Supporter Experience Strategy, Design and Insight Expert, with decades of experience working within charities such as WaterAid, Lesley champions people-centred design to transform fundraising. A fundraiser, researcher, and supporter experience expert, she’s also a keen cycling coach, often found at Herne Hill Velodrome with a whistle in hand.
