This will be a really practical session where I talk in simple terms about what segmentation is and how to do it. We’ll go through why we like to slice and dice our audiences and how grouping them into subsets helps with increasing loyalty, optimising what is on offer and so much more.
We’ll talk about the core variables we might want to consider – demographics, psychographic, behavioural and geographic. We’ll also work through how we might practically use segmentation to drive value and growth through our fundraising.
