In September, the British Red Cross Innovation Team launched their first social enterprise coffee cart; Leaps & Grounds. Leaps & Grounds hires and trains refugee women as baristas and funds itself by selling high quality, specialty coffee to the public.
In this panel discussion, we’ll hear from the team on how they developed a new social enterprise within the British Red Cross and from participants and volunteers on the lived experience at Leaps & Grounds.
