Talk Details
What audiences seek from charities has changed, and with the new frontier of AI promising to revolutionise supporter experiences, the pace of that change is only accelerating. Our research and experience show that the biggest headache is also the biggest opportunity: tech and data.
Manifesto will present findings from their sector-wide research showing that technology and data are the number one pain point for charities. They will bring this to life through their work with Animals Asia, who are embarking on an ambitious supporter engagement strategy and making real strides in technology enablement for the future. Together, they’ll share what it looks like in practice to take on the challenge: where to start, what gets in the way, and what becomes possible when you do.
So where does your organisation sit? In this session, Manifesto introduce the three painfully familiar places we find charities stuck with their technology and data creaking, untapped, or hoarding and a practical framework for identifying where your tech and data is creating gaps in your supporter experience and how to start closing them in 2026.
