Every role in my career has been to centre people and bring them to the forefront of their experiences. My passion and belief for these grow and it has led me to being here with you today.

My first charity role in the UK led to me becoming part of the first Special Interest Group to focus on the Supporter Experience, and we've been going since 2017.

I have carried learnings forward to establish and implement supporter journeys and engagement tools. I have also led strategies and shaped the future of charities as a result of being supporter centred.
