Ben brings over a decade of firsthand experience from mass fundraising streams in the charity sector. His time in charities led to a singular frustration. Fragmented data and clunky technology constantly got in the way of delivering the supporter journeys he always wanted.
Now the Chief Operating Officer of Social Sync, he leverages technology to empower charities to engage better with their supporters and increase lifetime value. For this session, Ben is focused on how organisations can transition from high risk WhatsApp groups to secure 1-1 stewardship that protects donor data while driving a 36% revenue uplift.
He is passionate about supporting charities to deliver the sustained loyalty and fundraising impact that their missions deserve, especially as they navigate the increasing economic pressures of the current landscape.
