My fundraising career really started during my Masters year of University, where I signed up to lead the Kilimanjaro challenge for Meningitis Research Foundation. Having recruited 60 students, raising over 100k, I became hugely passionate about the sector and after 2 years of working in sales, I joined this very charity in their student challenge events team. Since then, I have worked as a Corporate and Major Donor fundraiser and am now the first ever Fundraising Manager for PROPS, a small local charity to Bristol. I am responsible for creating our fundraising strategy, setting up each area of fundraising and growing it over the next few years.
