Matt Radford is the Founder and Director of Vulnerability Managers, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the charity and nonprofit sector across a variety of roles and countries. Over the past decade, Matt has established himself as an internationally recognised vulnerability specialist — advising regulators, professional bodies, and organisations on how to work ethically, compliantly, and effectively with people experiencing harm and disadvantage.
Matt’s approach is grounded in both professional expertise and personal understanding, drawing on his own lived experience of ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Anxiety, and Depression to bring genuine empathy and practical insight to every engagement.
