Prior to Inspiring Workplaces, Ruth spent 16 years in learning and organisational development working as a leadership trainer and coach in global businesses – Christie’s, Mitie and News Publishers. Ruth recently ran the global community ‘Employee Engagement Alliance’ hosting businesses across the globe as they shared and learned from one another on their successes of their employee engagement programmes.

Highly passionate about bringing like-minded people together to focus on the positive impact that people-first cultures have on business success, Ruth is a conference host and speaker, qualified coach, consultant and mother to 3 young boys.
