Sally is Scope's workplace disability inclusion programme lead. She works with organisations to help them become more inclusive in their recruitment, retention and progression of disabled employees. Having spent over 15 years in the welfare to work sector specialising in supporting disabled people into work, Sally welcomed the opportunity to work with employers to create more inclusive workplaces.
