Sinem Bilen-Onabanjo

Sinem Bilen is Head of Legacy Engagement at Oxfam, where she leads the charity’s legacy engagement programme. Since moving into the charity sector in 2017, she has worked across communications, individual giving, mid-value fundraising and legacy roles in health, international development and higher education.

A passionate advocate for relationship-led fundraising, Sinem believes legacy giving is the culmination of long-term supporter engagement and is particularly interested in embedding legacy conversations across the supporter journey. She is a member of the Remember A Charity Council and serves as a trustee of MK Snap and The Parks Trust. Outside work, she enjoys reading, travelling, road cycling and walking her dog.
